myCHOICE is delighted to collaborate with UChicagoGRAD in offering our 2nd Science Policy trek to Washington DC!

The application to participate in the Trek is now closed.

Why should you participate in this trek?

  • Learn about policy positions in a variety of agencies and non-governmental organizations

  • Network with UChicago alumni who are working in science policy

  • Discover job opportunities and life in DC

Requirements & Expectations of myCHOICE Trek participants

  • All applicants must be a graduate student or postdoctoral trainee in the UChicago Biological Sciences Division

  • Become a myCHOICE Trainee by submitting the myCHOICE Trainee Application

  • Complete the myCHOICE Science Policy Trek application.

  • Upon completion of the trek, reflect on your experience in a short statement (< 500 words)​
