Externship Description
The Biotech Consulting externship will provide exposure to real world problem-solving in therapeutics development. Projects may include topics such as clinical opportunity landscaping, novel target literature review, target product profile development, pitch deck creation, securities filing diligence, and generating business development materials. The goal is to introduce interns to a broad variety of concepts in drug development and ultimately to help push novel discoveries forward into the clinic and beyond.
Qualifications
- Currently a PhD graduate student or postdoctoral trainee with a scientific background (preferably within the biological sciences).
- Strong work ethic and interest in learning about equity research in the biotechnology industry.
- Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills.
- No prior investment experience is required.
Expectations
- One quarter commitment.
