Leadership Design Lab

The Leadership Design Lab employs design thinking to address one of the most challenging aspects of self-leadership: designing your life and career. In this four-session series, students will learn about the processes and mindsets of design thinking, draft three potential blueprints—‘Odyssey Plans’—for their future, and begin prototyping their way forward. The Lab offers a framework, tools, and most importantly a place and a community of peers and mentors to propel you forward in your UChicago journey.
